These terms cover the Vauco AS website at vauco.no. By using the website you accept these terms.

Nature of the site

The website is a contact surface. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or advice.

Your note

You are responsible for the contact request sent from the Google account you sign in with, including any optional comment. Suggested times are proposals, not a booking. Vauco AS does not promise a reply or a meeting.

Acceptable use

Do not use Contact for unlawful, misleading or abusive content, or to write as someone else.

Liability

Liability of Vauco AS is limited as far as Norwegian law allows, including for a message that fails to send. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law and venue

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes belong to the courts of Norway, with Fredrikstad as ordinary venue, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
