What the site does

This website does not create an account. Contact lets you send one request to Vauco AS from your own Google account. You may add an optional comment. The comment is not required.

Google sign-in

When you choose Contact, you sign in with Google. This is only so the request comes from you. The site reads your email and shows it to you. It also receives your Google account name for that request. You are not asked to type a name. A comment is optional: it is sent only if you open it and write one. The request is sent with Gmail as you, to Vauco AS, with a confirmation to you.

Calendar

If you grant calendar access, the site reads free/busy only, to propose 15-minute slots on Mondays and Wednesdays, 13:00–15:00 Europe/Oslo. It does not read event titles, guests or descriptions, and it does not create events.

What is stored

This website does not keep its own copy of your name or comment. The record is the email itself, in your Gmail and in the Vauco inbox.

A browser marker remembers the sign-in attempt so Contact can finish after you return from Google. It is removed when that step finishes or fails.

The site sets no cookies and has no advertising.

Your rights

Processing follows the GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act. You may request access, correction or deletion by writing to contact@vauco.no. You may complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
